Shipping Policy

As a registered business we are maintain business hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00, closed Statutory Holidays and Weekends.  For these reasons, no orders received from Friday afternoon, until Monday morning will go out until Tuesday, the earliest.  This does not include any Canadian or American holidays where we may have a 3 or 4 day weekend.

As many of our products are produced in-house, our shipping time will vary from 2-4 days depending on the products and time the order was placed.  Please allow up to 1 week for the tracking number to show movement of your purchase.  Typically you will see the order at the post office by the third business day.

 

For US orders, we ship USPS First Class Tracked Parcel, in Canada we use Canada Post and FedEx shipping services.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for products.

IF the product if faulty due to manufacturers defect, we will replace the item, or return the purchase 100%.

IF the product has no defect and the return is due to any other reason, we will happily refund the cost of the product(s), minus any shipping paid.
