911 Market Ltd. is a family-owned and operated business since 2008, incorporated in 2018. Lisa worked in the medical field (hospital & clinic), and I hung up my stethoscope as a Paramedic Superintendent in January 2021. Our son Lucas manages production and shipping services, while Stacie works on production and design.
Years ago, I had the opportunity to design a patch for a service and enjoyed the project so much, that I continued to work with departments to produce identical and newly designed patches. After a while, I designed a generic patch and started to market it to the emergency service industry. It was a great success and the start of my desire to design, create and even more products and services for the medical and first responder communities. Our first product was born!
Since 2008, we have evolved to over 1,000 products including patches, badges, ID cards, parking tags, decals, temporary tattoos, lapel pins, balloons, and many more items. As time continues, we continue to expand our exclusive product lines to meet the needs and requests of medical and first responder professionals around the globe!
In 2015 we invested in a Roland Cutter / Printer for Decals, Shirts, and many other projects, a Polaroid ID Card Printer, and even a small Sawgrass Printer and Heat Press to provide various sublimation products including Ornaments, Mugs, Water Bottles, Plaques, License Plates, Accountability Tags and again, much more, all designed and produced in house.
In 2020 - 2021 we went through a major expansion including the addition of two industrial embroidery machines, a top-of-the-line ID Card Printer, Imprinting equipment, a laser system, and much more. With all of this, we have been ramping up our product selection with Awards and over 300 gift ideas, produced in-house, along with the ability to provide Clothing both imprinted and embroidered to our customers, services, and hospitals we are in partnership with. This led to the opening of a storefront providing all of these products to our local community under the store name "DeLuca Gifts & Apparel".
While COVID-19 has affected us for a walk-in customers our online orders continue to increase monthly through our various sales methods including Etsy, Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, eBay, Facebook, and our Websites (911Market.com & DeLucaGifts.com).
Our family works hard to bring our products to all of you from around the world and we would like to Thank You for continuing to support us, year after year. Since its inception, we have shipped items to emergency services, medical staff, and first responders across Canada, the United States, and many dozens of countries around the world.
